On Sunday October 30th 2011, my awesome friends agreed to be my models and slaves for the day! And I'm so glad they did, but they had no idea what they were in for! I took them on a 2 mile hike throughout the Huntington Beach Wet Lands and in addition, we were carrying LOADS of clothes, shoes and accessories. We looked quit ridiculous. As we passed confused joggers and walkers, we heard "Are you moving?", "Having a sale?" Yes, strangers, we are moving to the back area of the wet lands with the third eyed bunny rabbits to sell our designer clothing and camp it with the coyotes. We even had a dog walker offer to help us carry our mounds of stuff, we clearly needed the help, haha.
In dealing with the new time change, we had a short window to work with the sun. As we scrambled to beat mother nature, we had clothes laid out everywhere over tree trunks, barbed wire and well, the bushes too. I had such a great time working with my friends, they are troopers for enduring the hike, maintaining a positive attitude (with slight sarcastic complaining) and putting up with my bossy attitude as I turned from "Sweet Miss Meagan" to "Bossy Camera Lady".
